What are the group hotel room rates?

For your planning purposes: rates will range between $179 per night to $375 per night plus taxes and any required resort fees. The vast majority of rooms will be at or under $275 per night.

GROUP REGISTRATION

Do you have a group discount?
Yes. Groups of ten or more may register online together in one transaction to earn 10% off current registration rates. Payment must be made during that transaction by credit card only (VISA, MC, or Discover).

What if our group needs to pay by check?

NCORE encourages you to form a firm group of ten or more people and choose a group leader to email ncore@ou.edu to make arrangements.
  • NCORE staff will process the registrations and provide a single invoice to the group leader.
  • Once an invoice is issued and sent to the group leader, only substitutions can be made. NCORE will not be able to add or remove group members. Any new registrations will need to be made online and the group discount will not apply to those registrations.
  • The final day to register with this method is Tuesday April 23, 2024. After that date, you will need to register your group online and pay by credit card.
  • Checks are due Monday, May 6, 2024, to the address listed on the invoice.

ACCESSIBILITY

How do I request accommodations for accessibility at the conference?

The registration form has a section dedicated to accessibility. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests. Four weeks notice is required to schedule services and/or service providers.

Where can I find more information about accessibility arrangements?

Visit our Accessibility page for details and connect with NCORE staff to discuss details.

Will all gender restrooms be available?

Yes. Locations will be announced and maps will be available in the conference mobile app.

Where is the Prayer / Meditation Room?

To be announced.

MISCELLANEOUS

Will airline discounts be available?

Yes. NCORE is working to secure discount codes for the carriers that offer them. Please check back.

What tips will help me prepare for NCORE?

  • Review archived program guides to get a feel for the scope of the conference.
  • Pack business cards for networking opportunities!
  • Friday is School Spirit Day - show your campus pride with t-shirts, buttons, and pins.
  • Take time to practice self-care throughout the week. Bring a journal. Find some outdoor space. Unwind!

Does NCORE offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs)?

Yes. You will earn 3 CEUs for attending NCORE 2024 from the University of Oklahoma Outreach. If you attend a Pre-Conference Institute, you will earn one additional CEU. A link to download your CEU certificate(s) will be emailed to you after NCORE. Please allow one month post-conference for these to be made available.

Will the CEUs be accepted by my particular discipline or association (social work, psychology, etc.)?

The CEUs are not pre-approved with any particular discipline. We suggest recipients submit their CEU certificate along with a description of the sessions to their professional organization(s) to ask if the content meets their requirements. It will be the discretion of the professional organization(s) whether they choose to accept as credit.

What happens with feedback provided to the NCORE Team?

The NCORE team gratefully receives and processes conference evaluation data, comments, and other forms of feedback. In response, we have made some adjustments in an effort to improve attendee experience where we can. A letter was emailed to the NCORE community following NCORE 2022. NCORE staff are working on the feedback and improvements we're making following NCORE 2023. We will send that out as soon as possible. Thank you!
